1. Mugher Cement Enterprise
invites eligible bidders to participate in the bid for the supply of
Euro Tracker Spare Parts for model No. 380 E37.
2. Eligible
Suppliers could obtain tender documents by presenting a copy of
their renewed licenses valid for the beget year against payment of a
non-refundable Birr 30 from Commercial Department, Addis Ababa
during working days from 9:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. local time.
3. Bids
should be accompanied by a bid security of 2% in the form of
Certified Cheque, CPO or Bank Guarantee which will be payable on
first demand by MUGHER CEMENT ENTERPRISE.
4. Wax-sealed
bids shall be delivered to MUGHER CEMENT ENTERPRISE Commercial
Department, Addis Ababa Office on or before May 13, 2005 at 4:00
P.M. local time. Bidders should provide One Original and Two Copies
of "technical" and "Financial" documents separately.
5. Bids
(Technical Offer) will be opened on May 14, 2005 at 10:00 A.M. local
time in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
6. MCE
reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
