100% of the items will be treated as incomplete and as non
responsive in the first instance. However, if none of the bids are

given below from 8:30-12:30 A.M. and from 2:30 to 5:30 P.M. local
time from Monday to Friday.
5. A complete
set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by
interested bidders on the submission of a written
application to the address
below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
Birr Five Hundred or
equivalent amount in a freely convertible
currency. The method of payment
will be in the form of cashier's, certified or
crossed check or a bank draft in
favor of the Alemaya University.
6. Bids must be delivered to the
address below at or before 9:30 A.M. on May 13, 2005. All bids must
be accompanied by a bid or an equivalent amount in a freely
convertible currency. Late bids will be rejected.
