1. The
Municipality of Harar now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders
for the supply of desktop computers, photocopy machines and other
office equipment.
2. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the
biding documents at the Office of Municipality of Harar Planning and
Programming Service, Tel. 05-66 00 02, Ext. 126, Fax 05-66 37 07,
Room No.43
3. A
complete set of bidding document may be purchased by interested
bidders on the submission of a written application to the above and
upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr)
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2% of
the total bid price and must be delivering to the above address on
or before 2:00 P.M. on May 18, 2005 as a certified cheque or cash.
5.
The delivery should
commence within 30 (thirty) days after contract agreement singed.
6. The
bid document should be submitted by two separate and sealed
envelopes for each by identified original and copy to the address of
Municipality of Harar, Room No. 1 or before 2:00 P.M. on May 18,
2005.
7. Bid
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their Legal
representatives who choose to attend at the head of the municipality
(Mayor Room No. on May 18, 2005 at 3:00 P.M.
8. The
Municipality of Harar reserves the right to accept or reject all or
part of the bid.
