Description

 

1.      National Bank of Ethiopia now invites eligible bidders who will be financially and technically capable to undertake the supply, installation and commissioning of the lot listed under item No. 3 for the Ethiopian Institute of Banking & Insurance Project, Akaki.

2.      All manufacture and/or suppliers with License valid for the year 1997 E.C. and VAT registered are eligible for bid.

The lot is referred as Lot No. 5-05: Kitchen Utensils & Cutlery comprising of:

The supply of utensils for Trainee's Dining Hall, Staff Dining, Lounges, Accommodations and Guest Apartments.

The supply of cutlery to Dining Halls, Lounges and Guest Houses.

3.      Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bid document from the office of Universal Consultants:

4.      Eligible bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents upon payment of Birr 150.  Additional set of documents may be purchased each at the same price from Universal Consultants.

5.      All bids must be accompanied by a CPO of 2% of the total bid amount.  Bid validity required is ninety days.  Bids must be delivered to the office of:

 Addis Ababa
 Ethiopia

      On or before May 24, 2005 at 12:00 hours.  Delivered documents shall be opened on the same date at 14:00 hours in the presence of those bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

6.      The National Bank of Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
