1.
The Ministry of Capacity Building invites wax-sealed bids
form eligible bidders for furnishing the necessary Labour, materials
and equipment for the construction reparation and completion of
different projects located on the table.

2. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased as of 7th
Hamlie 1997 by any interested eligible bidder on the submission of a
written application to the Construction Design share Company (CDSCo)
and upon payment of Birr located on the above table. Additional sets
of documents may be purchased each at the dame price.
3.
Bidders may obtain further information from, and inspect the
bidding documents at Construction Design Share Company (C.D.S.Co),
Studio 2, Block No. 4 Addis Ababa, Tel. 42 33 74/42 08 00 Ext. 232
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security, 1% of the bid amount, to
maximum of Birr 100,000 or Birr 3000 to 5000 for bid amounts of
Birr 40,001 to 500,000 from recognized financial institutions
payable on first demand address to the employer and must be
delivered to CDSCo. on or before 26th Nehassie 1997 E.C.
12:00hrs.
5. Bids
will be opened in the presence of those bidder's or legal
representatives on 14:30 hrs. 26th Nehassie 1997 E.C. at
the office of CDSCo. Tender hall R. No. 128, 3rd Floor.
6. Bidders
are instructed to submit one "Original" and One "photocopy" of the
original Bid Document with all entries and to be sealed under
separate envelopes.
7. The
employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Bidders are instructed to fill, sign
and seal all the forms of the bid documents. Failure of this
instruction is automatic rejection. All bids must include Value
Added Tax (VAT) on the summary of price.
