1.  The Ethiopian Roads Authority invites Specialist firm engaged in the fabrication an erection of steel structures with license valid for the year 1997 E.Y. and registered for VAT to submit sealed bids from providing the necessary labour, materials and equipment for the construction of the steel structures of Abay river bridge maintenance project.

3.   A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders at the above office upon presentation of a registration certificate from Ministry of Infrastructure renewed for 1997 E.Y. and VAT registration certificate, on submission of a written application to the General Manager of ERA, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.

4.   All bids must be accompanied by a security in the form and amount specified in the bidding documents, and must be delivered to:
