Municipality invites sealed bids from legal and eligible bidders for
the supply of:
1.
MC-3000. Asphalt Cement-Quantity 500 Barrel
2.
MC-30 Prime Asphalt quantity 100 Barrel
Therefore
bidders should fulfill the following requirements with their
Proforma invoice.
1. Bidders
should present their business license valid for the year 1997 E.C.
2. Bidders
should present a copy of Suppliers list and VAT registration
certificate.
3. Bidders
should obtain bid documents upon payment of non-refundable fee of
Birr 100 from Mekele Municipality office No. 27 starting from the
announcement date of this bid.
4. Bidders
must be accompanied by a bid security (bid bond) Birr 20,000 in the
form of C.P.O or Bank Guarantee on or before the closing date.
5. The
Closing and opening date of the bid will be on August 25 at 3:00
P.M. and at 4:00 P.M. respectively.
6. The
bid will be opened in the presence of bidders or their
representatives who may attend on the Specified date and item at the
Municipality office number 32.
7. The
Municipality reserves the right to Cancel or Accept partially or all
bids.
8. Bidders
may obtain further information from the Municipality.
