SOS Sahel Ethiopia invites all interested bidders for the supply of the following items for its Farmer led Integrated Watershed Management FIIWM/Project in SNNP Regional State/Awassa.

1. Three finger hoes Made in England (or equivalent)
2. Flat hoes              Made in England (or equivalent)
3. Shovels                Made in England (or equivalent)
4. Line Levels          Products of any country
5. Nylon Rope          Products of any country

Potential bidders who have renewed their license for the year 1997 E.C. and VAT registered are required to submit copies of same with their price quotations.

The goods are to be supplied to the respective destination that is SOS Sahel Regional Office in Awassa town which is about 275 K.M. south of Addis Ababa.

upon payment of non-refundable Birr 100 (One Hundred) only.

All bids must be accompanied with bid bond amounting to 2% of the offer in the form of:

a)      Cash

b)      Certified Cheque/ CPO issued by a recognized domestic bank or

c)      Bond issued by and/or confirmed through a recognized domestic Bank

The Bank that issues the bond as per obligations mentioned here above shall unequivocally guarantee to pay the purchasers/SOS Sahel Ethiopia/Immediately upon the first written demand of payment. The purchasers written demand of payment shall not be subject to any condition whatsoever.
