Amendment
Concerning
purchase of a complete set of bidding documents and delivery date of
bids floated on July 29, 2005 and advertised in The Ethiopian
Herald, we would like to notify out anticipated bidders that the
date for purchase of bid documents & closing date of the bid are
amended in the following manner.
1. Interested
eligible bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents in
English on the Submission of a written application as of August 30,
2005, (Monday to Friday) 9:00 A.M.-12:00 noon and 2:00-5:00P.M. upon
payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 10 (Ten Birr).
2. Bids
must be delivered on or before 4:00 P.M. on September 20, 2005.
3. Bids
will be opened in the presence of the bidders/representatives who
choose to attend at 4:30 P.M. on September 20, 2005.
All other terms
and conditions of the initial invitation on July 29, 2005 for bid
remain unchanged.
