2. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information and purchase the
bidding documents upon payment of
non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One

3. Bidders
could participate for one year or more items/lots.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by bid bond of not less than 1% of the
total bid price (if the total bid amount of Bid price is above Birr
5,000,00 the bond must not be less than 2%) in the form of
unconditional Bank guarantee, CPO, citified check or cash.
5. All
bids shall be sealed and delivered to Transport Bureau at Bahir Dar.
6.
Bid closing date is on September 06, 2005 at 6:00 P.M.
7. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives who choose to attend at the Conference Room of ANRS
BOT at 2:00 P.M. on the bid closing date specified above.
8. The
ANRS BOT reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the
bid and to annual the bidding process.
