complete set of bidding document may be purchased by any interested
bidder upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 100 or equivalent
in any freely convertible currency.
4. Bids
shall be accompanied by overseas supplier's bid security in the form
of bank guarantee and must be delivered to the above office on or
before 10:00 A.M. on September 8, 2005.
5. Bid
shall be closed and opened in the presence of bidders or their
authorized representatives at the above office at 10:30 A.M. on the
same day.
