The Water
Resources Development Bureau (WRDB) in the Amhara National Regional
State has invited for the supply of pipes and fittings for Dessie
Water Supply Project.
This Invitation
for bids is open to all eligible bidders for the supply of pipes and
fittings.
Bidding
document may be obtained from WRDB's office at Bahir Dar upon
payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 300 (Birr Thee Hundred only).
Bidders should
present currently renewed Trade & Professional License, Inland
Revenue for the year 1997 E.C. Suppliers & VAT Registration
Certificate.
All bids must
be accompanied by a bid bond in the form of CPO of not less than 2%
of the total bid price.
All bids shall
be sealed and delivered to WRDB's office at Bahr Dar, Room No. 6.
Bid closing
date shall be on 12:00 noon local time forty-five (45) days counted
from the first day that the bid advertisement appearance in the
newspaper. If the stated day is a holiday, the bid shall be opened
on the next working day.
Bids will be
opened at the Conference Room of WRDB's at 3:00 P.M. on the bid
closing date specified above.
