Family Guidance
Association of Ethiopia (FGAE) invites eligible bidders to
participate in the construction of Youth Center.
1. FGAE
invites all contractors with category six (B6 and G6) to submit
wax-sealed bids for the construction of youth center at Debre Sina.
2. Interested
bidders may obtain further information from FGAE Head Office, Tel.
51 41 11.
3. A
complete set of bid document may be purchased from FGAE, Head Office
upon payment of non-refundable of non-refundable Birr 500.
4.
Bidders should be VAT registered and be able to present
original copy of VAT Certificate and renewed license for the year
1997 E.C. with their application upon submission of bid document.
5. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the bid amount
in the form of CPO, Bank Guarantee or Cash along with the bid
document.
6. The
bid document must be delivered in one original and one copy
wax-sealed separately and both in an outer envelope, sealed on
August 15, 2005 at 12:00 A.M.
7. The
project work is planned to be commence within 20 days form the
signing of the agreement.
8. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives
on August 16, 2005 at 2:00 P.M. at FGAE Head Office.
9. The
owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
