1. The
Ministry of Water Resources has intended to purchase office
equipment financed by the fund received from UNDP and Grant received
from ADB towards the cost of Irrigation and drainage development
study department and Koga irrigation project, respectively.
2. The
Ministry of Water Resources now invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders for the supply and delivery of the following items:

3. Interested
bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 50(Fifty Birr).
4.
Bidders are required to submit with their bid copy of
renewal license, clearance from Inland Revenue Administration,
registration certificate from MOFED.
5. Interested

6. Bids
must be delivered to the address above on or before 7 September
2005 at 2:00 P.M. All bids shall be opened accompanied by a bid
security of Birr 3,000 (Birr Three Thousand) in the form of
CPO or Bank Guarantee.
7. Bid
will be opened in the presence of the bidders or bidders’
representatives who choose to attend on 7 September 2005 at 2:30
P.M.
8. Late
bids will be rejected and the purchaser reserves the right to reject
the bid in full or partially.
