contractors of category GC/BC class 5 and above with updated
registration at the Ministry of Infrastructure and valid for the
year 1997 VAT registration.
1. The
Ethiopian Shipping Lines SC. Invites wax-sealed bids from eligible
bidders furnishing the necessary labor, materials and equipment for
the construction and completion of Training Centre at Lake Babugaya,
Debre Zeit.
2. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from, and inspect
the bidding documents at, the office of Afri Consult, Consulting
Architects and Engineers PLC, P.O. Box 7607, Telephone 251-11-551
5109/551 2868 Mega Building 1st Floor Room No. 102 at
Addis Ababa.
3. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested
eligible bidder upon payment of non-refundable Birr 750 (Seven
Hundred Fifty) as of December 5, 2005. Additional sets of documents
may be purchased each at the same price from the consulting office.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security in C.P.O 2% of the bid
amount and must be delivered to:

5. Bid
will be opened in the presence of those bidders/representatives who
choose to attend on the same date at 2:30 P.M. at the Ethiopian
Shipping Lines S.C. Conference Hall Ground Floor.
6. Bidders
are instructed to submit one “ORIGINAL” Two “COPIES” of the Original
bid document. Failure of this instruction is automatic rejection.
7. The
Employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids. |
