Our Enterprise invites sealed bids form eligible bidders for
the supply of:

2. Interested
and eligible bidders may obtain the bidding documents upon payment
of non-refundable 100 ETB (One Hundred Birr only) form the Head
Office of the Enterprise located at the town of Arsi-Negele, East
Shawa Zone, and form sales office located at Addis Ababa, near
Kabena Shell fuel station, during an office hour starting form
December 5, 2005.
3. All
bidders are required to present Trade license valid for 1998 E.C.
4. A
bidders who compete for goods whose total value is grater than Birr
100,000 is required to present VAT registration certificate.
5. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to 2% of the
total sum of bid price of the item in CPO.
6. Bidders
may complete for all or any Category of the items under this bid
should have relevant trade license for the category/categories
he/she is competing for.
7. All
bids must be delivered to the Head office of shashemene Forest
Industry Enterprise form 5th December 2005 to 4th
January 2006, 12:00 A.M. local time, in a wax-sealed envelope and
endorsed in to the box prepared for the purpose of this bid.
8. The
bid shall be opened at the Head office of the Enterprise in the
presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at
2:00 P.M. local time on January 4, 2006.
9. It
is impossible for any bidder to quote bid price depending on price
pouted by any other bidders.
10. The
Enterprise reserves their right to accept or reject any or all bids
without giving any reason thereof.
