1. The
Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received a GRANT
form the Africa Development Bank in various currencies to fiancé the
cost of Institution Support Project to the Women’s Affairs Office
Project. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this Grant will
be applied to eligible payment under the contract for the
Procurement of IT-EQUIPMENT and OFFICE EQUIPMENT.
2. The
Ministry of Women’s Affairs-the Institution Support Project to the
Women’s Affairs Office Project now invites sealed bids form eligible

A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by
interested bidders as of December 02, 2005 (Monday-Friday: 9:00
A.M. -12:00 noon and 2:00-5:00 P.M.) on the submission of a
written application to the above and upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (Birr One Hundred) or USD 12 (USD
Twelve) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.
5. Bids
must be delivered to the above office on or before 2:00 P.M.
(local time) on January 03, 2006 and must be accompanied by a
security of not less than 2% of BID amount.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose
to attend, on January 03, 2006 at 2:30 P.M. at the address
