1. The
Ethiopian Shipping Lines S.C. (ESLSC) has a plan to purchase
Servers, Printers, UPSs, Software, Network Equipment & accessories
and others. The scope and detail specifications of the goods and
services are included in our bid documents. Therefore, all
interested and eligible bidders who have the experience in the
Supply of these goods and services are invited.
2. A
complete set of the bidding documents can be purchased by interested
bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500 (Five
Hundred) during working hours (8:00 A.M. -12:00 P.M. in the morning
and 1:00 P.M.-5:00 P.M. in the afternoon) form PRD Department’s
Office located in ESLSC Head Office Building 4th floor.
3. Bids
must be accompanied by a bid bond of not less than 2% of the bid
amount in the form of an irrevocable Bank Guarantee, a CPO or
Certified Check.
4. Bid
closing date shall be on December 18, 2005 at 1:30 P.M. Bidders must
submit and deposit their sealed bid proposals into bid box before
the closing time at Ethiopian Shipping Lines S.C., Head Office, PRD
Department , 4th floor.
5. Bids
shall be opened on the same date as closing date, December 18, 2005
at 2:00 P.M. in the presence of interested bidders or their legal
representatives at the Conference Room of ESLSC’s Head Office ground
floor.
6. Requests
for clarifications on the bid document, if any, can be channeled to
ESLSC Head Office, PRD Department, Tel. 551 82 80 Ext. 215 during
working hours.
7. The
Ethiopian Shipping Lines S.C. reserves the right to accept or reject
all or any part of the bid.

The bidders must be VAT registered. |
