water well drilling enterprise for the supply & installation of
submersible pump at WG-4 well site of Waja Golesha well field & HG-2
well site of Hormat Golina well field
should abide with the regulation and rules of Value Added Tax (VAT)
specified by the Government of Ethiopia. Failure to do so might
result in automatic rejection from the bid.

date of the first announcement at KGVDPO liaison office located in
the office of the council for the Amhara National Regional State
(ANRS) building block 3, Tel. 08-20 30 05, P.O. Box 1277 Bahir Dar,
upon the presence of renewed license & registration certificate of
1997 E.C. issued from the Ministry of Finance & Economic Development
together with written application & a non-refundable fee payment of
Birr 100 (One Hundred) for each project.
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 1% of
bid price in cash or certified cheque (CPO) or bank guarantee form
from a recognized domestic bank and it shall be submitted separately
in a wax-sealed envelope or with the original technical proposal.
and copy of bids should be submitted in a wax-sealed envelope (i.e.
Technical & Financial Proposal Separately) to the address stated
above before 4:00 P.M. on March 4, 2005.
Technical proposal and
the amount of bid security will be opened and read in the presence
of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend
at 4:30 P.M.on March 4, 2005 at the above address. Technically
responsive bidders shall be officially invited and the financial
bids shall be opened and read in the presence of bidders or their
authorized representatives who choose to attend.

for one or for both projects, but should endorse bid documents
