The Ethiopian Red Cross Society invites all eligible bidders for the
supply of the below listed quality and certified seeds.

113 MT of local
sorghum Seed (Variety –Harkabasi Gubeye)
-
30 MT of Maize
Seeds (Katumani)
All interested bidders are required to fulfill the under mentioned
obligations:
® Should
send certificate for the quality of their seeds.
®
Should send a sample
of about 250 gram for selection.
®
Quoted Quantity should
be indicated.
® Should
mention run out (date) expiry of their offer
® Who
will be able to transport the seeds to different areas of Fedis
Woreda (Harar)
® All
bidders may submit their wax-sealed bid documents against
non-refundable payment of Birr Fifty.
® Bids
must be accompanied by bid bond of 2% of the total offered value in
CPO or cash.
® All
bids are to be sent to ERCS H.Q., P.O. Box 195, Addis Ababa or
deposited in the box provided at our H.Q. Archives/OFFICE.
®
Tender opening date
will be on 15th day after the announcement of the bid.
® Tender
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives.
The ERCS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
