CARE-International in Ethiopia is a Non-Governmental Humanitarian
Organization working in Ethiopia since 1984. It has been
implementing relief and multi-sectoral development projects in
communities in different parts of Ethiopia.
It
is currently working in five rural areas, which includes East
Hararghe, West Hararghe, Borena, South Gonder and Awash, as well as
in two cities, Bahir Dar and Addis Ababa. Currently CARE Ethiopia
has 466 regular and 21 temporary employees.
CARE Ethiopia would like to undertake salary and benefits review.
Therefore, it invites interested consultants to participate in a
competitive bid to undertake this assignment.
Minimum Requirements:
All prospective applicants must meet the following minimum
requirements in order to qualify for submission of their proposal.

Previous experience in
similar studies-must have experience in conducting salary & benefits
review study of similar magnitude,

Capability of the
study team members must have a minimum B.A. Degree with appropriate
experience to undertake the study proposed,

Attachment of all
supportive documents with the technical proposal,
·
Provision of copy of
registration certificate and renewed business license.
Duration:
The duration of assignment will be 2 months
Closing Date:
10 calendar days from the day of this announcement on newspaper.
Proposal/quotations received after the due date will not be
considered.
Only prospective individuals/firms who meet or exceed the stated
requirement will be considered. The Terms of Reference (TOR) can be
obtained upon paying Birr 30 from the Head Office of CARE Ethiopia
located near Mexico Square, in front of St. George Beer Factory.
A
quotation/proposal with separate technical and financial parts
should be submitted to CARE Ethiopia.
