The Road Transport Authority (RTA) invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders for the supply of Audio Visual Materials with Accessories
(LOT 1- Computer, Installation & Training, LOT 2- Audio, LOT 3-
Camera, Tape & Video, LOT 4-Shelves) for Drivers and Mechanics
Training Center.
Interested eligible bidders can compete for one or more lots of the
materials required. Incomplete offers in a particular LOT are
unacceptable.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and
inspect the bidding document at the office of Road Transport
Authority, Room No. 410, 4th floor, Addis Ababa.
A
complete set of bidding document may be purchased by eligible
bidders to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
Birr 100.
All bids must be accompanied by a security of 1% of bids amount and
must be delivered to the above office before the closing date. Bid
not accompanied by a bid security will be rejected.
Eligible bidders are required to submit renewed legal license for
the current year, registration certificate and VAT registration
certificate as appropriate.
The bid will be closed on 17 March 2005 at 10:00 A.M. and will be
opened on the same day at 10:30 A.M. in the presence of bidders
and/or their legal representatives who prefer to attend at the Road
Transport Authority Head Office, 6th floor Room No. 603.
The RTA reserves the right to reject any or all the bids.
