The Ethiopian Airports
Enterprise (EAE) invites eligible bidders who are licensed in
advertisement and similar works, with renewed license for the
current budget year to participate in the bid to execute an
identification sign works for Axum Airport.
2. Bidders
should attach copy of VAT registration certificate.
3. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested
bidders from Ethiopian Airports Enterprise head office (Bole Airport
Terminal 1) Room No. 5 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr
100 (One Hundred Birr).
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 5,000 (Five
Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO.
5. Wax
–sealed envelopes containing an original and copy offer and
Qualification documents should be submitted to EAE Purchasing and
logistic Administration Department on or before March 9, 2005 at
4:30 P.M.
6. Bids
will be opened, on March 10, 2005 at 11:00 A.M. in the presence of
interested bidders or their representatives, at the address given
above (5).
7. Bidders
