Potential bidders who
have renewed their licenses for the year 2004 and VAT registered may
obtain bid documents during working hours from the address shown
below against payment of non-refundable Birr 200.
v All
bids must be accompanied with bid bond amounting to two percent (2%)
of the offer in the form of bank guarantee or CPO.
v Bids
should be submitted to REST Liaison Office, Addis Ababa, Bole Road,
near Meskerem Supermarket building, in wax-sealed envelope before or
on the closing date. The closing date will be on 28 February 2005 at
5:00 P.M. local time.
v Bids
will be opened on 03 March 2005 in the presence of bidders or their
representatives who prefer to attend at REST Office, Mekelle,
Tigray.
v REST
reserves the right to accept or reject the bid.
