The Ethiopia Postal Service invites all interested eligible bidders
to procure consultancy Service for re-valuation of fixed assets of
EPS.
Bidders are required to present renewed license for the current
year, registration certificate from Ministry of Finance and Economic
Development, as well as VAT registration certificate.
Bidders can obtain a complete set of bid documents upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr) from the office of
EPS Room No. 216.
Bidders shall furnish a bid bond in the amount of Birr 5, 000 (Five
Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO.
Bidders should delivered their technical documents in one original &
copy and financial proposals in separate wax-sealed envelopes on or
before February 1, 2005 at 5:00 P.M. to Room No. 216 of EPS.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders of their
representatives who can choose to attend on February 2, 2005 at 2:30
P.M. in Room No.216 of EPS.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their
representatives who can choose to attend on February 2, 2005 at 2:30
P.M. in Room No. 314.
EPS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
