1. The
Ethiopian Rural Energy Development and Promotion Center invites
relevant and eligible consultants to bid on Development of Spatial/
GIS data sets and metadata for Solar and Wind Resources Assessment
Project.
2. The
bidders should present business license valid and renewed for 1997
3. Bidders
shall obtain bid document (ToR) upon payment of non-refundable Birr
50 (Fifty Birr) from the EREDPC, 200 meters from Mexico Square along
the road AU, Room No. 23.
4.
Bids should be
accompanied by bid security of Birr 4,000 (Four Thousand Birr) in an
acceptable form CPO or Bank Guarantee.
5.
The bid must be
delivered to the EREDPC, Room No. 15 with Sealed envelope and
marked" Bid for consultancy service for Development of GIS/Spatial
data sets and metadata for Solar and Wind Resource Assessment
Project" within 20 days of this announcement.
6.
Bids received in time
and fulfilling other bid formalities will be opened in the presence
of interested bidders or their representatives on 21st date of this
announcement at 2:00 P.M. at the Center. If the 21st day of the bid
announcement lies on the Ethiopian holiday, the opening day will be
on the next working day at 2:00 P.M.
7.
The Center reserves
the right to reject all or parts of the bid
