Needs Self-Assessment Action Plan
The Environmental Protection Authority of the Federal Democratic
Republic of Ethiopia wants two competent national consultants for
the preparation of a National Capacity Needs Self-Assessment Action
Plan in line with the National Development Vision and the
Environmental Policy of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia,
the environmental conventions which the country has ratified, and
the various sectoral and cross-sectoral plans and programmes of the
various Ethiopian Government organs with implications on
environmental protection. Therefore.
One consultant is
needed to focus on implementation of the Conventions on Biological
Diversity, Combating Desertification, Climate Change and
International Trade on Endangered Species.
is needed to focus on the Transboundary Movement of Hazardous
Wastes (Basel an Bamako), Persistent Organic Pollutants, Prior
Informed Consent and Vienna Convention and Montreal Protocol.
Interested consultants are hereby being invited to bid. They are
required to submit technical and financial proposals as per the
following terms of reference within 20 /Twenty/ days after the date
