Re-Invitation
Ethiopian
Telecommunications Corporation (ETC) invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the Construction of fuel tankers at Shashemene,
Mekele, Bahir Dar, Nekemt, Dire Dawa, Dessie, Jimma, Nazareth and
Addis Ababa.
1.
Interested & qualified bidders may obtain the bidding
documents from ETC Head Office during office hours at Room No. 206
upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (Birr One Hundred
only) starting from July 12, 2005.
2. Bidders
should bring Original & one Copy of their renewed license & VAT
Registration Certificate.
3. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their Bid, Bid Security in the amount of
Birr 40,000 (Birr Forty Thousand).
4. The
Bid bond must be in either of the following form:
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or
c)
Bond issued by a recognized Bank
5. Bidders
who wish to submit bid bond in the form of cash are required to
deposit to our Finance Office before Bid opening date and show the
receipt/deposit slip during the bid opening date.
6. Bidders
should submit their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in
the box provided at ETC's Head Office Room #112 on
or
before July 28, 2005 until 11:30 P.M. and Bids will be opened in the
presence of interested bidders or their representatives on July 29,
2005 at ETC’s Head Office Conference Room No. 111 at 10:00 A.M.
7. The
Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
8. Partial
Bid is allowed.
