Ethiopian
Telecommunications Corporation (ETC) invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the Procurement of printed Tele Negarit.
1. The
tender remains floating form July 13, 2005 to August 3, 2005. Bid
document can be obtained from ETC's Head Office, Room No. 207 during
office hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 20.00
(Twenty Birr). Bidders should submit their renewed original license
& VAT Registration Certificate with copies (if they are registered)
when they come to obtain the bid documents.
2. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid, bid Security in the amount of
Birr 3,000.00 (Three Thousand Birr).
3. The
Bid bond must be in either of the following form:
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or
c)
Bond issued by a recognized Bank
4.
Bidders who wish to submit bid security in the form of cash
are required to deposit to ETC's Head Office, 3rd floor,
Room No. 311 before the opening date and produce the receipt during
the bid opening.
5.
Bidders should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope
and deposit in the box situated at ETC's Head Office 1st
floor Room N0. 112 on
or before
August 3, 2005, 5:00 P.M.
6.
Bids will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or
their representatives at ETC’s Head Office Room No. 111 on August 4,
2005 at 10:00 A.M.
7. Partial
Bid is allowed
8. The
Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
