Cooperation (ETC) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders
for the procurement of under listed Computer Training Service.

1. Interested
& qualified bidders may obtain the bidding document from ETC's Head
Office, during office hours at Room No. 207 upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 30.00 (Birr Thirty only) stating from
July 5, 2005.
2. Bidders
should bring Original & one Copies of their renewed license & VAT
Registration Certificate.
3. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their Bid, Security in amount of Birr
20,000 (Birr twenty Thousand).
4. The
bid bond must e in either of the following form:
a)
cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or
c)
Bank guarantee from recognized Bank
5. Bidders who wish to
submit Bid bond in the form of cash are required to deposit to
our Finance Office before Bid
opening date and show receipt/deposit slip during the bid opening
date.
6. Bidders should submit their
offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in the box provided at
ETC's Head Office Room # 112 on or before July 5, 2005 until 11:30
P.M. and Bids will be opened in the presence of interested bidders
or their representatives on July 26, 2005 at ETC's Head Office, Room
No. 111 at 10:00 A.M.
1. The
Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids
2.
Partial bid is allowed.
