The National
Organization for Examination invites for the second time eligible
and interested institutions which can provide consulting service
for:
I.
The improvement of the Ethiopian General Secondary Education
Certificate Examination (EGSECE) development and administration.
II.
Establishment of the security printing (in house printing) in
the organization.
1. Interesting
bidders may collect the bidding document from the National
Organization for Examination Building Room No. 217.
2.
Bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding document upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr).
Payment can be made in cash or check.
3.
Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 5,000
(Five Thousand Birr) or in the form of bank guarantee or C.P.O check
issued by a bank and must be delivered to the above office on or
before July 5, 2005 at 10:00 A.M.
4. Bids
will be opened in July 7, 2005 at 10:00 A.M. at the National
Organization for Examination's office No. 217 in the presence of
bidders/representatives who choose to attend.

6. The
National Organization for Examinations reserves the right to reject
all or parts or this bid.
