for furnishing the necessary labor, materials and equipment for the
construction and completion of Health posts at Assosa zone-
Assosa Woreda Ura Kebele, Oda Buildigilu Woreda Fadunidia Kebele,
Sherkole Woreda Amorma & Ashesheko Kebele. At Kamashi Zone-
Kamashi Woreda Daguba Kebele, Agalomit Woreda Burka Ganti Kebele,
Sirbabay Woreda Zenbi Kebele. At Metekel Zone- Dangur Woreda
Dilfambi Kebele, Bulen Woreda Emanje Kebele, Wombera Woreda Sanki
Kebele, Dibate Woreda Sirbea Kebele and Albasa Kebele.

construction and completion of ART and PLACENTA PIT at
Assosa Zone-Assosa Hospital, ART at Menge
Woreda-Assosa Town at health center; Metekel Zone ATR and PLACENTA
PIT at Pawi Hospital, ART at blue Woreda Health Center, at Dibate
Woreda Health Center, and at Wombera Woreda Health Center. V.C.T.
CENTER at Bambasi Woreda Bambasi Health Center & Bulen Woreda Bulen
Health Center.
Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from B.G.R. State
Bureau of Works and Urban Development Bureau, P.O. Box 53, Tel. 75
03 95 Assosa.
A complete set
of bidding document shall be purchased against the payment of
non-refundable Birr 150 (One Hundred Birr Only). The construction
works shall be completed within maximum of 120 calendar days from
the commencement of work.
All bids must
be accompanied by one original, and two machine copies and a bid
security in C.P.O. of 1% the bid amount. Tender document must be
delivered to B.G.R. State Bureau of W.U.D. Engineering Department on
August 10, 2005 at 10:00 A.M. Assosa.
N.B. The
bidders should put their offer both Numerically and in Words.
Tender document
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives
who choose to attend on August 10, 2005 Wednesday at 10:30 A.M. at
Works and Urban Development Bureau Assosa.
The Employer
