Description

Norinco-Lalibela Engineering and Construction S.C. (Nori-La) invites all interested eligible bidders for the supply of:

I.                    Bulldozer -----------------300 H.P.

II.                 Grader ---------------------200 H.P.

III.               Excavator------------------1 M³

IV.              Loader----------------------3m³

V.                 Air compressor------------15-17M³/hr

as per the given conditions specified here under.

1.      A complete set of bid documents can be purchased upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr) from Material Supply and Procurement Department of the share company during working hours.

2.      All bids must be accompanied by 2% of their total offer for bid security shall be in the form of certified cheque or bank guarantee.

3.      Bids shall be submitted in wax-sealed envelopes within 30 days starting from 1^st day of announcement, during working days up to 4:00 P.M. local time.

4.      The tender will be opened on the 31^st day in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives at 10:00 A.M. local time. If the 31^st day is in a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) or Public holiday, the bid will be opened on the next working day at the same time. Local bidders should attach copies of renewed license, Ministry of Finance supplier registration certificate, and VAT registration certificate.

5.      The share Company reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
