Project.
1.
The study is aimed at upgrading the Pre-feasibility
irrigation study to the level of feasibility study and secondly to
conduct the design works and the preparation of bankable bid
document.
2.
Finchaa Sugar Factory now invites interested and potential
Consultants/Bidders to submit sealed proposals for the above-cited
contract.
3.
Bidders may obtain the bid document from our office at Addis
Ababa in the following Address.

4. All
proposals must be delivered to the address indicated above at or
before 02:00 P.M. (Addis Ababa time), on August 10, 2005.
5. Technical
Proposals will be opened on August 10, 2005 at 02:30 P.M. (Addis
Ababa time) in the presence of bidders or their representatives who
choose to attend. Bidders with best-ranked technical proposals, as
determined by FSF, will later be notified of the date of Financial
Proposal opening.
6. Any
proposal received by FSF after the deadline for submission of
proposal prescribed above will be returned unopened to the bidder.
7. Proposals
will be opened at the Coordination Office of FSF, Philips Building,
Room No. 2005, near Mexico Square, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
8. FSF
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
