Description

Bole Printing Enterprise invites all interested eligible bidders for the supply of Different Papers as per the given specifications.

Accordingly,

1.      Bidders can collect bid documents from the Enterprise, Commercial Department during working hours against payment of non-refundable Birr 50 (Fifty).

2.      Bids shall be submitted in wax-sealed envelopes within 20 days starting from the 1^st day of announcement during working days up to 5:00 P.M. local time.

3.      Bids must be accompanied by 2% of their total offer for bid security in the form of insurance guarantee or certified cheque or bank guarantee.

4.      The tender will be closed & opened on 21^st day in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives at 10:00 & 10:30 A.M. local time respectively. If the 21^st day is a weekend or public holiday, the bid will be closed & opened on the next working day at the same time.

Bidders should attach copies of renewed license, Ministry of Finance supplier registration certificate, and recommendation letter from Inland Revenue & VAT registration certificate.

5.      The Enterprise reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
