1. Interested
& eligible bidders are hereby invited to participate for the supply

2. The
set of tender document can be obtained from the Commercial
Department of Yekatit Paper Converting Enterprise against payment of
non-refundable Birr 100.
3. Bidders
should submit their offer in a wax sealed envelope to the address
mentioned below before or on August 16, 2005 at 2:00 P.M.
4. Bid
document shall be opened in the presence of bidder or their
representatives on August 16, 2005 at 2:30 P.M.
5. The
bidders can offer for all or particular items.
6. Bids
must be accompanied with bid bond of not less than 2% of the total
FOB price in the form of C.P.O., Bank guarantee or Cash.
7.
The Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject all or
part of the bid.
