Organization for Rehabilitation & Development in Amhara/ORDA/ is
implementing forest resources development program in Amhara region.
As part of program ORDA has a plan to purchase:
- Logosol with all accessories 10 pcs
- Chain saw 5 pcs
- Assemblage & technical
support
service
Delivery place Addis Ababa or B/Dar.
Thus, the organization is currently looking for licensed suppliers.
All bidders shall provide written application letter with original
and copies of:
1.
License for supplying stated machines defining the legal
status with renewal for the year under consideration;
2.
Registration Certificate
Bid
documents can be obtained from ORDA head Office B/Dar Kebele 13,
Room No. 21 or Addis Ababa Liaison Office, Bole during office hours
upon payment of non-refundable Birr 30 ( Thirty ) within 7 calendar
days after this announcement. The closing date will be on 7th
calendar days June 2005 at 5:30 P.M.
The
bid opening date shall be at ORDA head office B/Dar on the second
day of bid closing date 2005 at 2:30 P.M. in the presence of bidders
or their representatives.
ORDA reserves the right to cancel the bid fully or partially.
