Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received a credit from
International Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of
Agricultural Research and Training Project and intends t apply part
of the funds to cover eligible payments under the contract for the
construction of Model School Annex and Field Offices at Alemaya
University Campus-Tender No. AU/ARTP/NCB/CW08-04/05. Bidding is open
to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the
guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits.

for any one or both lots. Bids will be evaluated and contracts
awarded from each lot taking into account discounts offered, if any,
for combined lots in determining the lowest evaluated cost of all
lots which will be the basis for award of contract.

registration from Ministry of Infrastructure Development & Trade
Bureau at the place of registration for the year in which the bid is
issued. The category of registration for the construction of the
Model School Annex and Field Office is BG/GC 5 and above.

09-24 62 95 for a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 1000
(Ethiopian Birr One Thousand) or its equivalent in a freely
convertible currency, for each set. Interested bidders may obtain
