1. SNNPRS
CBCB assisted by PSCAP (IDA) intends to apply the fund towards the
cost of purchasing different types of office equipment including
computers, lap tops, ups and etc.
2. SNNPRS
CBCB therefore invites sealed bids form bidders who can supply the
goods and ancillary services. Bidders will have the option to bid
for one or more lots. However bids received for incomplete lots will
not be acceptable. The packages and lots of goods and equipment is
attached on annex.
3. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from SNNPRS CBCB
capacity building co-ordinating department office No. 9 Telephone
Number 251-06-20 33 89/20 65 72/09-58 02 97.
4. A
complete set of bidding document may be purchased by any interested
eligible bidders upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 150 (One
Hundred Fifty).
5. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2% of
the bid price and must be delivered to CBCB finance service on or
before the closing date of the bid in the form of a certified cheque
or cash.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence the bidders (Bidders representatives)
who choose to attend at 10:00 (hours) on Tuesday 27 July 2005 at
CBCB meeting Hall.
