Bidders who can
produce renewed Trade License (original and copy), VAT registration
evidence from the concerned Organization & registration certificate
from Ministry of Finance and Economic Development may obtain
complete set of bid documents from Commercial Division of the
Factory upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr
only).
All bids must
be accompanied by bid bond amounting to not less than 2% of the
total bid amount and must be delivered on or before June 30, 2005 at
10:00 A.M. local time.
Bids will be
opened at the Auditorium of the Factory on June 30, 2005 at 10:30
A.M. local time in the presence of bidders, or their
representatives.
The
E.C.C.C.M.I. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all
bids.
