1. Ethiopian Airlines now invites
sealed bids eligible bidders for furnishing the necessary labor,
Materials and equipment for the construction and completion of Two
Dormitory Building at Bole, Addis Ababa.
2. A complete set of bidding
documents may be purchased as of June 7, 2005 by any interested and
eligible bidder on a submission of a written application and
non-refundable fee of Birr 1,150 (One Thousand One Hundred Fifty )

3. Bidders may obtain further
information from SKAS Consulting Architects, Dahlak Building, 3rd
Floor ( on Addisu Kera-Sar Betoch Road)
4. All bids must be accompanied by
a bid security of 1% of the bid document from a recognized financial
institution payable on first demand shall in the bidders option be
in the form of Bank Guarantee or certified payment order (CPO) and
must be addressed to Ethiopian Airlines Enterprise.
5. Bids should be submitted in a
wax-sealed envelope on or before July 6, 2005,
12:00 A.M. local time at the following address:

All bids must include 15% Value
Added Tax on the summary of price.
Failure to include will result in automatic rejection
of the bid.
Bidders are instructed to
submit One “Original” and Two “Copies” of the
bid.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of those bidders or their legal
representatives Who choose to attend on the same date at 2:30 P.M.
local time at the Ethiopian Airlines office, Facility Planning and
Management.
7.
The construction of works shall be completed within a maximum
of 420 days from the commencement of work.
8.
Ethiopian Airlines Enterprise reserves the right to reject
any or all bids.
