RE-INVITATION TO BID
To all
contractors of category GC/BC 6 and above with license valid for the
year 1997 E.C.
1. The
Gambella People National Regional State Agriculture Bureau invites
wax-sealed bids form eligible bidders whose license is valid for the
year for furnishing the necessary labour, material, equipment &
services for the construction of one drug stores & three farmer
training center projects in the Gambella, Gillo and Alwero Openo
woredas respectively.
2.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain information and
inspect the bidding document from the Gambella Agricultural Bureau.
3.
A complete set of documents may be purchased upon payment of
100 Eth. Birr each.
4.
The Works shall be completed with a maximum of 90 Calendar
days.
5. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% of the bid amount
in the form of CPO or cash and must be delivered to the Gambella
Agricultural Bureau before 4:00 hrs local time on the Tenth day of
bid launching.
6.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their
authorized representatives at 4:30 P.M. on the same date.
The employer
reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
