1. The
Amhara Rural Roads Authority invites all eligible local contractors
of class GC 4/RC4/ BC4 and above to submit bid offer for the
construction of Titica-Sihala Tekeze River Bailey- Bridge along the
route Sekota-Ziquala located in Wag- Himra Zone of the Regional
Government.
2. Interested
bidders with valid license for the current Ethiopian budget year can
obtain a complete set of bidding document from the Authority's
Contract Administration Division, , Bahir Dar, upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00.( One Hundred).
3. Bidders
are required to present certificate of Value Added Tax (VAT)
registration and also Tax payer Identification Number (TIN).
4. Duplicate
copies of Bid offer with separate Technical Qualification Document
and Financial Proposal Document in wax-sealed envelopes, labeled as
Original and Copy shall be placed in the bid box along with a bid
security in an acceptable form amounting not less than 1% of bid
offer on or before the closing date March 31, 2005 at 2:00 P.M. at
the Amhara Rural Roads Authority, Bahir Dar.
5. Bids
will be opened on the same date 2:30 P.M. in the premises of ARRA.
6. The
Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
