INVITATION FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES
for
Tracer Study on the quality and impact of the EGDLN
NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING
1. The
Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has
received a credit from the International Development Association
(IDA) to ward the cost of Distance Learning Project and intends to
apply a portion of this loan to eligible payments under this
contract.
2. The
Ethiopian Civil Service College now invites proposals for the
Provision of technical assistance in the area of Tracer study on the
Quality and Impact of the EGDLN center. Eligible Consultants are
required to provide valid license(s) and registration certificates
for the year.
3. Interested
eligible consultants may purchase a complete set of RFP document in
the English language upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 50
(Fifty only). Further information can be obtained from the Ethiopian
Civil Service College at the address given below from 9:00 A.M. to
5:00 P.M. local time on or before March 20, 2005.
4. A
firm will be selected under Least Cost Base Selection Described in
the RFP.
5.
Proposals shall be
valid for a period of sixty (60) days after opening.
6. Proposals
shall be delivered to the Ethiopian Civil Service College, head
office , CMC Road, P.O. Box 5648, Procurement and Procurement and
Property Administration Division, Room Number 128., Addis Ababa,
Ethiopia, on or before March 30, 2005 before 2:00 P.M. local time at
which time they will be opened in the presence of bidders or
their representatives who wish to attend.
7. The
Service shall be completed within maximum of 45 calendar days.
8. The
Ethiopian Civil Service College reserves the right to reject any or
all the proposals.
