first announcement at KGVDPO liaison office located in the Office of
the Council for the Amhara National Regional State (ANRS), building
block 3, Tel. 08-20 30 05, P.O. box 1277, Bahir Dar, upon the
presence of renewed license & registration certificate of 1997 E.C.
issued from the Ministry of Finance & Economic Development together
with written application & a non-refundable fee payment of Birr 100
(One Hundred) for each project.
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 1% of
bid price in cash or certified cheque (CPO) or bank guarantee from a
recognized domestic bank and it shall be submitted separately in a
wax-sealed envelope or with the original technical proposal.
Original and copy of
bids should be submitted in a wax-sealed envelope (i.e. Technical &
Financial Proposal separately) to the address stated above before
4:00 P.M. on 20 April 2005.
