Anbessa Shoe Share Company wants to computerize its Accounting
System. Therefore, the company invites eligible bidders who would
like to install and customize Peachtree Accounting software as per
the needs of the Company.
®
Interested bidders can
collect bid document from commercial department of the company
during office hours (Monday to Friday) against a non-refundable
payment of Birr 50.
® All
bids must be accompanied with 2% of the bid price in the form of
certified check (CPO) or Insurance guarantee bond.
® Bid
document should be submitted in wax-sealed envelopes on/before March
18, 2005, 2:00 P.M. and the technical proposal and financial offer
shall be sealed into two separate envelopes.
®
The bidder is required
to submit a renewed trade license for the year 2004/2005.
® Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives on 18th of March 2005 at 3:00 P.M. in the meeting
hall of the company.
® The
Company reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
