Hormat Engineering Factory invites all interested and eligible
bidders for the supply of various materials specified in the
following lots

1. Bidders
can obtain a complete set of bidding document from Procurement
Division of the factory upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr
200.00 (Two Hundred) during working hours.
2. All
sealed bids must be accompanied by a bid bond of 2% the bid amount
in the form of CPO from domestic Bank or unconditional Bank
guarantee to the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia. The bid bond should be
in the form and substance acceptable to Buyer and should be
unconditional irrevocable and payable by the Commercial Bank of
Ethiopia upon the Buyer's first written demand for payment and
must be delivered to the Procurement Division of the Buyer in Addis
Engineering Center Compound, on the road from Mexico Square to

will be closed at 10:00 A.M. local time on April 18, 2005.

Bids will be opened in
the presence of bidders or their representatives at 10:30 A.M. local
time on April 18, 2005 at the office of Procurement Division of the
Factory.
