II. Invitation for Consultancy
Service
The Oromia Trade Industry and Urban Development Bureau has received
funding through PSCAP for financing of consultancy service for
training need assessment and training materials preparation for
the city administrations of the region. Therefore, the Bureau
invites qualified firms/ individuals to provide the service.
the prospective firm /individuals consultant is expected to submit
separately detailed technical and financial proposal to the bureau
office No. 1 on or prior to April 1st 2005, 4:00 P.M.
Experience and minimum requirement: prospective applicant must have
a minimum of three years of experience in teaching and training
material preparation in the field of Urban management and an
academic rank of MA/MSc and have to produce supporting evidences.
Interested firms/individuals can collect Terms of Reference from
office No. 2 up on payment of non-refundable 20 Birr. The proposal
will be opened on April 4th 2005 at 2:00 P.M. at Room No. 1, 7th
floor.
The Bureau reserves the right to reject any or all of the
proposals.
