Norinco-Lalibela Engineering and Construction Share Company invites all interested eligible bidders for the supply of different kinds of Asphalt (bitumen MC-30, MC-3000 and Ac 85/100) as per the given specification and general condition for Mekele Asphalt Road Project (Project 05-01)

Accordingly

1.      Bidders can collect bid document  from the Share Company Materials Supply and Procurement Department during working hours against payment of non-refundable Birr 50 (Fifty)

2.      Bids shall be submitted in wax-sealed envelopes within 25 days starting from 1^st day of announcement, during working days up to 4:00 P.M. local time.

3.      Bids must be accompanied by 2% of their total offer for bid security in the form of insurance guarantee or certified cheque or bank guarantee.

4.      The tender will be opened on the 26^th day in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives at 10:00 A.M. local time. If the 26^th day is in a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) or Public holiday, the bid will be opened on the next working day at the same time. Local bidders should attach copies of renewed license, Ministry of Finance supplier registration certificate, and VAT registration certificate.

5.     The share Company reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
