Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received a credit from
the International Development Association to wards the cost of
Emergency Demobilization and Reintegration Project and it intends to
apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payment under the
contract for the supply of Laundry and Kitchen Equipment and
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, Federal Programme Management
Unit (FPMU) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the
supply of the following:
I Laundry Equipment and Accessories with
2 years Recommended Spare Parts
II Kitchen Equipment, Utensils and Accessories
with 2 Years Recommended Spare parts
Bidders have the option to bid for any one or more lots. Bids will
be evaluated and contract(s) awarded for each lot taking into
account discounts offered if any, for combined lots in determining
the lowest evaluated costs of all lots which will be the basis for
award of contract(s). However, bid not offering all the quantities
in a lot will be treated as incomplete and rejected as
non-responsive. In the event of there being no complete bid for a
lot, evaluation will be done be done on item by item basis.
